L’Oréal UNESCO For Women In Science 2019

Since 2016, we have worked with L’Oréal Australia on its partnership with UNESCO in delivering the annual Women in Science Awards ceremony, awarding fellows with $25k grants to further their research. The last in-person event was in 2019 and its main aim is to shine a light on L’Oréal’s global advocacy for higher participation of women in science. At this particular event, we leveraged the intelligence of the Award laureates and their stories to achieve national press and the celerity of The Hon Julie Bishop, Jess Mauboy and Allison Langdon to propel the scientists into the mainstream.
